About
Dr Mulligan completed a PhD in 2023 focused on paediatric trauma and continues to contribute to teaching and training of medical students, junior doctors and orthopaedic trainees. He has undertaken post-fellowship training in adult arthroplasty and paediatric orthopaedics across Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe.
Dr Mulligan has an interest in lower limb surgery in both adults and children. His practice includes a focus on evidence-based care, clear communication and shared decision-making, working collaboratively with patients and multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists and sports medicine physicians.
