Background and Training
Dr. Abdul Aziz earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1998 from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. She completed her Advanced Surgical Training in Perth and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Following her fellowship, she undertook further training in oncoplastic breast surgery to enhance her expertise in combining oncologic and reconstructive techniques.
Dr. Aziz maintains a strong commitment to the public health system, holding clinical and teaching roles at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH). She is actively involved in cancer research through the Harry Perkins Institute and previously served as the Head of Breast Services at SCGH. Currently, she offers private consultations at Hollywood Specialist Centre.
