About
Dr Roneil Parikh is a General Surgeon with a clinical focus on breast and endocrine surgery. He consults and operates at Strathfield Private Hospital, with a public appointment at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.
He completed his General Surgical training through the Liverpool and St George Hospital networks, obtaining FRACS in 2023. He subsequently undertook subspecialty fellowship training in Surgical Oncology at Prince of Wales Hospital, developing expertise in breast and endocrine surgery, oncoplastic breast surgery, head and neck surgery, skin cancer and sarcoma surgery.
Dr Parikh then completed a Breast and Endocrine Surgery Fellowship at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, further developing his experience in the management of breast cancer and benign breast disease, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, and adrenal pathology.
Most recently, he worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in Endocrine Surgery at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, within a high-volume tertiary endocrine unit managing complex and re-operative thyroid and parathyroid disease, as well as adrenal pathology. This experience further developed his particular interest in adrenal surgery and minimally invasive approaches.
In 2026, Dr Parikh completed the Fellowship of the European Board of Surgery in Neck Endocrine and Adrenal Surgery. He also holds an academic appointment as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney and remains actively involved in surgical education, research and quality improvement.
Dr Parikh welcomes referrals for assessment and management of breast, thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal conditions, as well as general surgical conditions.
He is also CCRTGE-accredited in gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He is committed to providing timely, evidence-based and patient-centred care, with clear communication and close collaboration with referring GPs
