About
Dr Wilson Petrushnko is a General and Colorectal Surgeon based in Coffs Harbour. He was drawn to the mid north coast after spending time in Grafton, Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie during medical school, residency and surgical training. Dr Petrushnko went on to complete further sub specialist training after obtaining his FRACS in Colorectal Surgery, spending time at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Tweed Valley Hospital and John Flynn Hospital.
His interests include; bowel cancer surgery, hernia and complex abdominal wall reconstruction, gallstone disease, pelvic floor dysfunction, benign perianal disease and endoscopy. He is able to offer pelvic floor testing to patients who suffer from pelvic floor disorders such as faecal incontinence, chronic constipation, and perianal fistula disease.
Dr Petrushnko is a strong advocate for patients, tailoring treatment strategies to the individual patient. He is passionate about minimally invasive surgery and is a qualified robotic surgeon.
Dr Petrushnko provides endoscopy procedurees at our Ramsay Surgical Centre as well as Baringa Private Hospital for General Surgery.
